Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca has dismissed concerns that the escalating “civil war” between the club’s co-owners, Clearlake Capital and Todd Boehly, will impact his team’s performance on the pitch.
Despite growing tensions over key decisions, including the departure of Mauricio Pochettino, Maresca remains focused on building stability at Stamford Bridge.
The international break has been marred by reports of a power struggle between Clearlake Capital, the majority shareholder with 61.5%, and Boehly’s consortium, which owns 38.5%.

Both parties are exploring options to buy out the other, but neither is willing to sell.
Maresca, however, is undeterred by the uncertainty, saying: “We’re focused on the football, and that’s what matters most.”
As Chelsea prepares to face Bournemouth in the Premier League on Saturday, Maresca is seeking to build momentum after a hectic transfer window.
The Italian boss is confident that his team can overcome the off-field distractions and deliver a strong performance.
“If I spend my energy on something different then it’s not worth it.
“My focus is on tomorrow’s game to be honest. In the last week I’ve done the same thing, focus on the game and how to prepare in the best way.
“The other things are things I cannot control.
I spoke with Todd when we played [Manchester] City and Behdad just days ago, I’m speaking with both, there’s no problems at all. I’m focused on the pitch.”
Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital are locked in a stalemate, each unwilling to sell their share and cede control.
Despite a cordial working relationship, disagreements on key decisions threaten to create a power struggle.
With both parties committed to their long-term vision for Chelsea, a standoff looms if consensus cannot be reached.
