Chelsea’s Kepa Arrizabalaga joins Bournemouth on loan after falling out of favor.
Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga has completed a season-long loan move to Bournemouth, marking his second consecutive loan spell away from Stamford Bridge.
The 29-year-old Spain international was deemed surplus to requirements by new manager Enzo Maresca, leading to his temporary departure.
Kepa has signed a one-year contract extension with Chelsea, ensuring his long-term commitment to the Blues despite his short-term absence.

A Chelsea statement:

The world’s most expensive goalkeeper, who joined Chelsea from Athletic Bilbao for £71million in 2018, will spend the upcoming season on the south coast with Bournemouth.
